Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Michal. We hope that you’re pleased with your order. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt.

You may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, within 14 days of receiving the order from the Michal Company website.

A refund for canceling a transaction that has not yet been sent to the customer will be made within 3 business days. In case of cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent to the customer, a monetary credit will be given within 14 business days from the day of receipt of the goods minus the shipping costs and 5% of the transaction value to be paid as a commission to the credit company.

There is no refund on the OUTLET category, you can make an exchange from the OUTLET category up to 3 business days only.

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, and have all tags still attached.

Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

2.  Picking up an item with a courier – at a cost of 35 NIS – contact customer service for coordination
3. Exchanging an item with a courier – at a cost of 70 NIS – contact customer service and coordinate
